Preeclampsia often develops without the mother’s awareness, yet it is one of the three leading causes of maternal mortality.
The design highlights the concealed nature of this condition while emphasizing the serious consequences it may bring to pregnant women. These include maternal respiratory interruption, fetal brain hypoxia, systemic edema, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, and excessive weight gain.
