Service Design Process

– Initial Consultation –
We start with a call or online meeting to get to know each other and understand your needs, allowing us to plan the best approach for your project.

– Quotation –
Whether priced per project or otherwise, we provide an itemized quote so you clearly understand the scope and details of each deliverable.

– Deposit & Contract –
Once the quotation is confirmed, a one-third deposit is required, along with online contract signing to protect both parties.

– Design & Production –
After receiving the deposit and signed contract, we provide a project timeline within three days, keeping progress and milestones clear.

– Design Review –
You review the completed designs to ensure the overall visual direction aligns with your expectations.

– Proposal & Revisions –
Up to three rounds of revisions are included to refine the work and achieve the desired final result.

– Final Payment –
Once you’re satisfied, the remaining balance is paid. Upon confirmation, all final source files will be delivered.

– Ongoing Partnership –
